Hey!! Melissa Bday Surprise part 2

Hey all, so sorry for the Double messages, cause i miss out alots of ppl in the previous msg.
So from the previous msg, our current planning is,
*We are going to celebrate Melissa's bday on WEDNESDAY (28/7) during Campus Revo time. (Around 11am @ 10th floor)
*We going to meet @ 10am to do the preparation work. 10AM ya.
*Kay Yi and Soo Wei: Incharge of getting the cake (Price is share among everyone)
*Keith: Playing Guitar
*Soo Wei have a plan to Surprise her. Is some Station by Station thingy...something like ask Melissa to find the hint to get to the destination (10th Floor). Therefore we needs to be thr @ 10AM for the preparation. =)
Ps. The message can only include this much of ppl, so do help me to pass the word to friends who i have miss out kay. =) Thanks

Oh yes, Soo Wei.
I have 2 concern, if we were to have it before Campus Revo, i suggest we have it slightly earlier than 11am. Because i afraid some ppl having classes at 12pm.

Ok, here's my plan.
1st
We all come early and do preparations. and keep the cake at the 1st floor cafeteria. i'll ask their permission tomorrow.
2nd
We get ready for campus revo, finnish campus revo. then i'll give the signal to everyone to get into position. i'll ask does anyone want to go for lunch? then everyone would say they have something to do or some already have appointments with others.
3rd
here we'll start our station by station game. *soo wei please explain more*
4th
I'll go get the cake's box and replace the cake with an Apollo sponge cake. the real cake i'll pass it to someone else. so when mel approaches the final station we'll surprise her with the fake cake.
5th
when she's so focus and dissapointed at the moment she say the tiny layer cake then here comes the real cake and keith will start strumming the guitar.
6th
we sing happy bday song, Eng version, Mandarin version, Malay version, Cantonese version, korean version etc etc...
if there's any present we'll head to step no 7th

we'll hide the present behind our back as if we're holding bags of flour to sabo her. etc etc ... etc will continue on this if everyone agrees.

Alright here's the plan again.
Step 1
Preparations: (9.55am)
if we're getting the cake early then we will put it into the fridge,
if not we'll have to keep delaying the time till it arrives!
Step 2 (11am)
Everyone goes for Campus Revo till it ends
(Either 1st Floor or 10th Floor)
When it ends i'll give everyone the code.
**The code is "Does anyone wanna go for lunch?" **
Everyone that's involve at the station games will say an excuse and stand by at their station, i'll try to buy you all some time by asking melissa stuffs!
Everyone else who's not involve(i'll explain this on that day)
Step 3 (12 noon)
Station Game Starts!
1st person - (People 1) will call her to 10th floor to settle some stuff with lucas bout some charity thingy.
2nd person - (Person 2) will call her to the 3rd floor

Keith will also get into position with his guitar on hand, once everyone is there and everything is set. Keith start strumming the guitar and we'll sing the birthday song. Eng version, Mandarin version, Malay version, Cantonese version, korean version etc etc...
