Have 2nd Trial of mashed potato today!
It tasted alright... but, is still not the 1 im craving for! :(
Anyway, it is better than the 1st lar. & 1 thing that i dislike about making mashed potato is the boiling process, my patient is all used up everytime when I stare at the potatoes & it remain hard as rock each time I try to poke it with fork. =.=
Anyone have Instant Potatoes Boiling Technique? ..... guess is a no right.
