I want to lead by heart, not by my head.
I always thought, i need to present a wise & amazing idea to prove myself as the leader or to at least comfort myself that i can do it.

But, why today i find, after all that's not the main point. Where is the heart role? Have i hidden it because my head thought ideas is more important?

Gosh, i finally realize today. My heart needs to take that lead, a heart for the people. Not the head that says i think & i want.

Success come from how much you care. A good leader is not how skillful you are, but a good leader is knowing your people, caring for them & encourage them with a heart to see them grow.
